27/7 Roadside assistance

Our staff of certified mechanics are available 24 hrs to provide assistance to any our units in case of any mishap with specialized modern equipment and necessary units.

Satellite Tracking

All of our units have the Copilot Software that, through satellite-connected computers installed in each unit, orally inform our drivers of speed limits, approaching towns and urban areas, dangerous curves, etc.

 

All units have a panic button that connects to our offices and informs us of any eventuality they might encounter.

 

The Traffic department is constantly monitoring when the unit's doors open or close, parking time, kilometers driven, speed, motor start, and route variations. Our costumers can also be see this information in real time, or ask us for a full report of the units' activities.

Logistics Support

24 hours a day, the 365 days of the year, Regional supervision and support, Controllers on site, average time of roadside assistance: 20 minutes.

Capacitation

Our experience has shown us that the key of high quality service is the capacitation of our employees, which is why we spare no expenses when it comes to training our staff. In order to help their abilities develop, we provide them with a number workshops and seminars, such as:
